... a thought...

So I received an email the other day suggesting to join the 'Gas Boycott' in hopes to lower gas prices. I was curious, so I read on. My conclusion... I think it's worth a shot, which is why I'm passing on the info!

Basically, what the long email said was not to NOT BUY GAS cuz really that's just impossible. But instead of buying gas from the bigger, more known gas stations, buy the gas from the smaller companies. You know the ones that basically follow the pricing from the bigger companies... For example, in the states the two big gas companies are -- EXXON and Mobil (USA), for Canadians it's Petro Canada, ESSO or Husky.

Now think about it, if they aren't selling gas, they're forced to lower their prices, which then causes the smaller gas stations to follow suit. Which means for us... you got it... LOWER GAS PRICES!

Then the email just goes on saying if one person were to send this info to 30 of their friends, and then those 30 would chain-effect and send it each to 30 more... you basically get the point, it'll spread like crazy. And if all these people would actually join the boycott, you get the picture. LOWER GAS PRICES!

So I guess this is just my way of spreading the news... LET'S ALL JOIN THE GAS BOYCOTT!
